We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we create at The Shepherd’s Store. Since many of our items involve embroidery, they are custom-made with care, which means each piece is unique. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Embroidery Prints and Normal Prints may be returned within 2 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused and in original condition (no stains, damage, or alterations).
- With original packaging, tags, and any included accessories or gift boxes.
- Sale items, clearance products, and custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
- Email us at [insert email address] within 2 days of receiving your order, including:
* Order number and date
* Product name(s) and reason for return
* Clear photographs & videos of the item(s), especially if damaged or defective - We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the RA number clearly on the outside.
- Ship the return at your cost via a reliable courier with tracking.
- Once we receive and inspect your return (2–4 business days), we will notify you about the acceptance of your return.
3. Refund Options
Upon approval of your return, you may choose one of the following:
- Store Credit: Voucher for future use on the website.
- Exchange: Replacement of similar value (subject to availability).
- Refund: Refund processed to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees).
Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days after return approval.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving it.
- Provide your order number, issue description, photographs and videos.
- We will promptly issue a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
5. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
- After 12 hours, the order is considered in production, and cancellation is not possible.

6. Custom & Personalized Products
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If a custom item is wrong, damaged, or defective, contact us immediately with clear photographs and videos to arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Exchanges
- We cannot offer a replacement for embroidery items in different designs or styles beyond available stock.
- Normal prints may be exchanged for another available design of equal or greater value, with you covering any price difference.
8. Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
- We recommend using a trackable courier to ensure safe delivery.
