• Embroidery Prints: Orders will be processed and shipped within 4–5 business days.
• Normal Prints: Orders will be processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
• Other products: Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days

Please note as many of our products involve embroidery work, some delays may occur in exceptional cases. If there is any delay, we will notify you via email/sms or phone call.

We deliver across all of India through our trusted delivery partners, including Amazon Delivery, Delhivery, DTDC, Professional Couriers, India Post, XpressBees, and other reliable logistics companies.

We are delighted to offer Free Shipping on all our products across India. No hidden charges — the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

International Shipping
At present, we primarily ship within India. If you are an international customer and wish to place an order, please contact us at contact@theshepherdstore.in  and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged or Lost Packages
We take utmost care in packing our products. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

The Shepherd’s Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
